Responsible for fulfilling customer requirements by completing the necessary job duties. Some of those duties include reading and following the requirements listed on the pick sheet, locating and pulling required components and records all lot codes on pick sheet, assembling raw components into finished goods, stamping keys and making adjustments on various stamping machines as necessary, cutting keys using various key cutting machines and more.
Responsible for the maintenance, calibration, trouble-shooting, repair and operation of all production equipment. Responsibilities include calibrating, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing all shop equipment, supervising any work of subordinates, subcontractors and vendors, developing schedules, troubleshooting and conducting preventive maintenance programs of production and other shop equipment, developing and maintaining calibration schedules and preventative maintenance logs for all applicable tools and equipment, performing equipment repair directly or by scheduling and managing outside service providers, rebuilding existing equipment as necessary and more.
